About us

Taff Ely CMA part of the “Community Money Advice” network of 180 face-to-face debt advice centres nationwide. We prove free face to face debt advice and support to people experiencing debt and money problems. Our centre is staffed by volunteers who are professionally trained to give regulated debt advice. 

Our support is confidential, honest and is not time limited – we will work with you for as long as it takes. We take a holistic approach that looks after you as a whole person.

Our services include:

  • General money advice
  • Drawing up a list of income and expenditure
  • Establishing what finance is available, and help with prioritising expenditure
  • Helping you manage your household budget
  • Arranging Debt Management Plans, Individual Voluntary Arrangements, Bankruptcies and Debt Relief Orders
  • Providing support to respond to creditors or demands
  • Checking that the correct benefits are being received

Our services are completely free and our advice is unconditional & confidential.
